My method takes the drama out of a situation and focuses on your brilliance, your ability to access your Higher Wisdom and know the Truth of what steps you need to take next.
I studied psychotherapy as part of the requirements for graduating as a Graphologist (interpreting handwriting) and found that people can still be ‘in therapy’ years later. If we study just one aspect of the whole, like the mental or emotional body, then we are looking for Truth where it isn’t!
If you are open with me I can set you on the path to mastery, where you stop doubting yourself and, instead, heed that still, small voice of calm and consult it regularly. It is helpful to have a witness to keep you on the path you commit to following. I can provide this for you.
If you feel a bit sad as well as stuck, then I can best help you via a combination of mentoring and counselling. I will ask your guides to be present, and will also ask you to verbalise, in one sentence, what you would like to achieve in our session.

1. Access Consciousness©
I champion this set of techniques because they encourage staying in the question rather than seeking an answer to a problem.
There are an infinite number of possibilities, ways out of a ditch (so to speak) and our imagination can be our greatest ally if we give it a chance. If you are looking for a quick shift in consciousness so that you can take the next step towards the light at the end of the tunnel, Access© could be the way to go.
The key to your success here is in keeping or bringing back a sense of wonder into your life. You need to accept that anything you can imagine can come true. Imagination isn’t just for children.
2. EFT© (Emotional Freedom Technique) sets you free!
If you are happier physically doing something to bring about the healing of an issue then EFT may well be the answer for you.
EFT stops addictive thoughts and behaviours.
EFT also gives your pain a voice, so you can acknowledge what it is bringing to your awareness and move on.
A session starts with a descriptive statement of an issue which is frustrating you, such as “even though I feel disempowered by the loss of my job, I love and accept myself deeply.” You tap along with me on acupuncture points which I describe, and we gradually change the initial statement as the intensity diminishes. Peace of mind at the cellular level becomes your new status quo and your outer world starts to reflect the positive results of tapping immediately.
If you suffer from an addiction and would rather not, then an EFT session could be your solution. With the EFT tapping you can program your mind to prefer another idea, such as really preferring a mug of hot water with lemon over a beer, or being more kissable more often over a packet of cigarettes.
